Wellness Exams & Vaccinations for Dogs and Cats
Annual wellness exams are the most effective tool our Great Falls veterinarians have for catching health problems early. Every exam includes a nose-to-tail physical assessment, weight and body condition scoring, dental screening, and a review of your pet’s vaccine schedule. We tailor core and lifestyle vaccinations — DAP, rabies, leptospirosis, Bordetella, and feline distemper/leukemia — to your pet’s age, environment, and exposure risk here in central Montana.
Pet Dental Care with Digital X-Rays
Dental disease affects most dogs and cats by age three, and much of the damage sits below the gumline where it can’t be seen. Our Great Falls animal hospital performs full dental cleanings under anesthesia with in-house digital dental radiography, so we can identify root abscesses, resorptive lesions, and bone loss before they cause pain. Extractions and advanced oral procedures are handled on site.
Spay, Neuter & Surgical Services
Our surgical suite handles routine spays and neuters as well as soft tissue and orthopedic procedures. Every surgical patient receives pre-anesthetic bloodwork, dedicated monitoring throughout the procedure, and a tailored pain management plan for recovery at home.
We generally recommend spay or neuter at approximately six months of age, though our veterinarians will make a recommendation specific to your pet’s breed and size.
In-House Diagnostics, Radiology & Ultrasound
When your pet is unwell, answers should not take days. Our Great Falls veterinary clinic runs digital radiology, ultrasound, and laboratory diagnostics in-house, which means we can often diagnose and begin treatment during the same visit.
We also provide internal medicine workups, dermatology testing, and microchipping.
